To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. For our valued international customers, we also extend our free return shipping policy to international orders. We believe that you should have the same seamless and hassle-free return experience no matter where you are located.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. While we strive to accommodate all our customers' needs, custom orders are exempt from our refund policy. We understand the personalization and uniqueness that comes with customized items. However, if you receive a customized order from AMID HOME and wish to change the design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We provide unconditional design exchange and reproduction services to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Once we receive your return request, we will promptly provide you with a prepaid return label or QR code, enabling you to send the items back to us free of charge.
